Qigong is an holistic system of carefully coordinated body movements, breathing activities, and meditation used to balance and improve health of body, mind and spirit. Qigong can be classified as martial, medical, or spiritual.
Chi energy, better known as qì or ch’i, by practitioners and students, is a force meant to describe that which gives life. It is the equivalent of what some in the West would call soul or spirit, and others may simply call energy. In the popular science fiction film, “Star Wars”, it is known as “the force”. To Hindus it is referred to as prana, to native American Indians, the great spirit.
People do Qigong to maintain health, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit.
When these three aspects of our being are integrated, it encourages a positive outlook on life and helps eliminate harmful attitudes and behaviors. It also creates a balanced life style, which brings greater harmony, stability, and enjoyment
Since Qigong can be practiced anywhere or at any time, there is no need to buy special clothing or to join a health club.
It is the power that powers all of life.
In this incredible video, you can watch an actual Qigong master demonstrate this power:
What this “healer” talks about, is something that almost seems to resonate with our deeper selves within, as if it represents hidden esoteric knowledge but at the same time, there is doubt and this video is resisted by our conditioned prejudices that are rooted in the world.
Below is another incredible video from another QiGong practitioner:
History is a mystery and almost seems as though it is intentionally being hidden from the human race. What if it’s because we are far more powerful than we had ever been led to believe? What if there are external forces threatened by the prospect of that power?

I have practiced Quigong meditation (Horse stance) for over 20 years now - and without it, I daresay I'd have been a cripple by now. Even 5 minutes a day can make a huge difference to ones health. This is to say nothing of the healing possibilities of this type of energy
I have done Qigong as an exercise and loved it. Sadly I live in a small rather dead town and the classes ended soon after joining.
There appear to be a number of QuiGong training vids on YouTube if that helps:
Just watching the first 3 videos has for some reason cleared my mind. Is this possible too?
Anything is possible in the right frame of mind ♥
Yes thank and think I may be able to manage most of those moves.
